Sorry for the late reply. The roof of the workshop is 40 degrees inclination. Eave overhangs 7 ", and it is not installing the boxes in the eaves of this form was able to install the casing head. Head Casing Width 5 1 / 2", and the width of the side casing 3 1 / 2 ". A good result to be Please.

I am very interested in more info on your window trim. Due to storm damage we are replacing roof and shutters. I really wanted to do something similar to this instead. I settled on shutters only because the space between some of our windows and the soffit is so narrow. I see in this picture it is similar distance. Can you tell me what that distance is? Thanks and the whole project looks great!

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?
