Hey Matt,

no router...just table saw. very basic first doors...1/4 by 1/4 cut on rails and styles and stapled the panel in place. I have purchased a router and am working with the rail and style bit set so the next set of doors will be improved.

Did you just user a router with a rabbeting bit after the panel was put together?  How thick is the panel?  How did you attach it?  Glue and brad nails?
