Thanks for your comments, but the project is starting to get larger than expected, I have a upper cabinet that had water damage from the tub in the bathroom leaking, now I have to make a new cabinet, the face frames are oak and the doors are maple, now I'm removing the old face frames and replacing them with maple, as far as color goes , I havn't been told what kinda stain she wants yet. she wants something light in color but not as light as maple. will post more as I progress
