The cart was put together with Pocket Hole Screws. The router lift is a Kreg PRS3000. I also used Kreg T and U channel.

Hi Steven,

I think all of your projects look great!  Your drawers look really nice and uniform.  That is a pretty fancy router! :)  I haven't used mine much yet but plan to use it a lot!  I also liked your cabinets and planer cart.  It looks like your shop is really looking great!  Great job!!!!   :)

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?

I making a hex ring out of 2x4s ripped to 2 ¾ inches wide with 30 degree miters.  What setting on the Jig should I used? 1 ½ is too much.  Thanks.Continue
