Jens, this is very striking and would be hard to miss, I can see it now, One door to door salesman says to the group of other door to door saleman, "yeah, you can't miss the house, just drive until you see the red screen door and knock on that door until he answers ............." Jens that is a definate screen door that will either repel the flys or attract them.  Might get a few humming birds too.     I do like the spindles and the design.  Looks very sturdy and should do the job it was intended to do.  One thing for sure they don't make a good wooden screen door any more. The last one I bought was expensive and didn't even last the summer months before it gave out and fell apart.   It was then that under all the paint I found that it was made of finger jointed composition board of which was similiar to cardboard.  What was bad also was the door never stayed in on position on the house.  It either was open on the bottom or at the top and if not, definately open in the middle.  It was mostly there to slamb everytime someone came in or out of the house.  To have one like this is really quite nice.  The job you did on it should last for a long time and will stay shut as well.  Nice job..          Have a great week.

I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.

First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
