Thank you, Gloria. I just used your basic pine planks you can get at Menards. It wanted to warp on me, but with enough pocket holes and sanding, I got it back in place.

If you get a chance, go to my page and take a look at the Heirloom cradle I'm in the process of building for our soon to be son. 50 years old and starting over! I only have one picture up. I'll be posting more later.

Yes I did. I hand punched all 12 panels. I designed the pattern at work, output 12 sheets, and taped a sheet to each galvanized aluminum sheet. The sheets were wedged in with nails on particle board so they wouldn't move around. I then took a hammer and tin punch and painstakingly punched out all 12 sheets.

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?

I making a hex ring out of 2x4s ripped to 2 ¾ inches wide with 30 degree miters.  What setting on the Jig should I used? 1 ½ is too much.  Thanks.Continue
