I built this using the Jeff Devlin project plans from the Kreg Tool website. I modified Jeff's design to make this bookcase 72" tall and added a couple more shelves to meet my needs. My wife has some very tall 16" books so I made the center shelf taller to accommodate her books.
I don't own a table saw nor do I have room in my garage for one so I had Home Depot saw the oak plywood for me and bought 3/4" precut white oak boards from Lowes for the Face Frame Stiles.
For the top, I joined 2 - 12" oak boards together and rounded off the edges with my plunge router.
I am pleased with the way it turned out overall. It is a real tank and has 3/4 back on it.
