This is my screw and accessories storage. I will use the top storage bins for plugs, spacer blocks, face clamp covers, extra step drill bits, and #2 Sqaure drives.

A place for everything, and everything in it's place. This is a "must have" if you do a LOT of joinery. Very well organized.

Maybe some Velcro on the bottom of the cups in this configuration would be a good idea.

Chuck, I was curious about the question you asked. So here is the visual answer. And yes the box does still close with the jig in it. I hope this helps you.

No, the jig I am going to mount on a piece of plywood or MDF as everyone else has, once I figure out how they actually attached it, (i.e. wood screws or bolts). Although the cups do come out so if you did want to keep your jig in it, it would probably fit and still with a few cups to spare. Another thing I did not mention earlier about this case, and the reason I went with this one is that you can stack them with no movement, (that is there is four little feet on the top of the case, you can see them on the black section next to the clear lid that fit into the bottom of another one, making them stack tight together, and the handle folds down and out of the way). Just an FYI though there was another "Husky" case similar to this one with the top storage, but the bottom was a little deeper and open more like a tool box that was a little more, but I think this one was a better deal as it did have the bottom cups that you could leave in or remove.

are you able to keep your jig in the same box?

The box is a "Husky" brand. I got it at Home Depot. The labels I made on MS Word using just Avery mailing labels 8160 white. I just used the info from the containers the screws came in. When I was at Lowes yesterday I saw a smaller version of this box by a different name, but same manufacturing it appears. Although the smaller one at Lowes has yellow cups and is the same price as the larger one at Home Depot $29.99. Hope this helps out.
