Hidden compartments are my favorite addition to any of my projects. We all have secrets and need a place to keep them. The bottom three shelves behind the pillows are actually flip-top lids for storing such confidential gifts whilst concealing them with decorations quickly and easily removed and replaced, but so as not to allow a snooping, nosey little brother to find those treasures. Wait a minute-little brothers find EVERYTHING, now don't they?

My project is the built-in bookcase and now my wife says it turned out so nice, I have to build something for our other daughter, who is on the way!
