They noodle for cat fish in Oklahoma James, you probably saw a video of them doing it.  It is dangerous and the cats get almost as big as people.  I have seen them as big as 45 pounds but they get bigger.  I like crappie and bass my self and catch a lot of them

Memories.....We had tons of bluegill, small and large mouth bass, frogs; boy those were the days!!!  The closest fishing to me now is about 20 minutes away at Smithville Lake and though fun when I was little, not so much now, too dirty!

Never mind the question, duh!  I just read the caption on the pic and you said very clearly it is your pond:-)  Have a good one!

Sweet catch!  I used to fish all the time as I grew up in the county and our property had multiple ponds on it; largest cat  ever caught was 11 pounds...My old mans uncle fishes the Missouri River and I have an old xerox of him holding up a cat that was every bit as tall as him and the head, though hard to get a good idea of the measurement from a picture, was soooo wide!  Hate to venture a guess on how wide in inches:-)  Thanks for sharing; is the background where you are in the picture your property?
