I found the Toggle Clamp in Harbor Freight and then attached it to 2 pieces of 1 x 3/4 inch pine on a piece of plywood. You can change the depth by adding 1/4 or 1/8 inch plywood.

What kind of a clamp is that holding the jig and where did you get it?
