Suzy, thank you so much for the compliments, Yes this was a full custom build out of red oak. It does have some nice granite in it. The kitchen is the first part of the build as my work also included a 1/2 bath vanity and storage, There is a master bath down stairs with a lot of cabinet work. The vanity is 12 feet long doubled sink with a seperate make up area. It is complete with a seperate shower from a jacuzi tub. Also located up stairs is another full bath upstairs with a 10 ft double sink vanity as well as another 1/2 bath with the vanity and storage down the hall. There is 3 large bedrooms up stairs as well as a hobby room and storage. I have built all the moldings, base boards, door casings, custom door headers and crown moldings, window casings and surrounds. The cabinet work doors and panels and face frame for the build contains over 800 bd feet of oak. The cabinet cases are 11 ply furniture grade birch stained and lacquered.
This project consumed over 6000 pocket screws. Every drawer in the build is dove tailed and all drawers are ball bearing full extension slides. It was a time comsuming venture but turned out quite well. I might add that all the countertops including the baths are granite surfaced.
Thanks for your interest and your kind comments.
I have ceased posting photos to the Community so you will not see the total construction of this project.
I bet this finished kitchen is beautiful, I have to say that granite has to be the prettiest granite I have ever seen and I don't generally care for granite either, lol. Beautiful though, I bet those people are really enjoying their kitchen.
I have been going through your pics and showing my husband your awesome work you do.

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.
I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.
First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
