Do you have the staining schedule that you used? That's quite a feat to accomplish that color on maple. I'm in the middle of building a built in style bookcase in my office and I worked on a stain for a week trying to get it dark enough. I have it to a mahogany color now. ( you can see the small sample I made in one of my photos). Any help would be great!

Thanks Jim, I really appreciate it.  I used the Kreg pocket jig for assembling the faceframes and to attach the faceframes to the cabinet carcass.  The tops, bottoms and back are set into dados that are glued and screwed from the outside and to cover the screws I laminate a piece of ply (whichever species I'm using for the fronts) to the sides that can be seen with contact cement.  I don't have plans, but I could surely draw something up for you.  If you check my page you will see some more photos of how my cabinets are built.
