Thanks Kim. You are right. I thought about what may of happened and I think my cutlist software was thinking there would be a stile in the middle which is why there is a gap. I'm not sure what I'm going to do just yet because putting a stile in there would me manuevering around an obstacle that I had not anticipated. Nevertheless, I do have the wood to make a stile which shouldn't be a problem. Thanks for the suggestion!

About the doors... try mounting a strip behind the inside edge of one of the doors. It would appear to have an additional stile between the doors when they are closed?
