There are many way and jigs to install rails to the carcass. However, I find this is an easy and accurate way (at least for me). I start by stacking the drawer faces on top of each other in order. Except fot the top one. then I add a 1" spacer shorted by the thickness of the drawer face (for inlay drawers). Starting from the top rail then remove a drawer face from the top for the next rail.
