thank you This had its challenges. I used the old Shop Smith plan on the internet. the tolerances only allow 1/32" on the drawer side for clearance. Whew! on to the next project. The Kreg jig did make the shelves, top and drawer dividers go in much faster. No dado joints or waiting for glue to dry.
Hi Michael, nice looking cabinet showing some excellent design and craftsmanship. Sixteen drawers is a lot of work and it is well done with all the drawer spacing correct as well as the drawers all look level. The finish is eye appealing with the face frame area and the top being a different shade of finish. The stain wipe look on the drawer fronts gives this piece an accent of beauty and one that you will not be tiring to look at. I think it will gain beauty with age. Excellent work. Thank you for showing your work.

I making a hex ring out of 2x4s ripped to 2 ¾ inches wide with 30 degree miters. What setting on the Jig should I used? 1 ½ is too much. Thanks.Continue
