My first router lift was a piece of threaded bar with a plate not ideal as adjustments were made below the table but worked pretty good .

Hi jason the lift is a simple 3/4" threaded bar with a 3 plates.Top plate welded on ,centre plates one ontop see pic one underneath mdf.They have a nut welded too each plate and a locking nut.It works pretty good and alot less complicated to make than some lifts.Since this table i have upgraded too a Kreg table with a triton router have a good day any questions let me know.

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?
