I continued my learning by creating a whole set of patio benches and planter boxes. I even built some boxes for the Mothers for mothers day. I think I've got these ones down pretty good.

Looks great, how do I get the plans for this?
It would look great in my back garden.
where can i get the plans for that ?
I made similar planter boxes for Mother's Day. They look great thanks to the Kreg Jig. The only part of the project that didn't go as well as I wanted was fastening the 45 degree corners on the the top rail. Can you provide some tips on how to make them fit tighter?
yes, although it does look very nice, it wouldn't look so clunky (poor choice of word) without the bottom stringers and, they will need maintenance being on the ground like that. Just a thought ;-)
I don't think you really need the stringers along the bottom but it does sturdy the whole thing up. The pieces are straight off the plan that came with my Master system so I just ran with it. No need to support members under the bench. The rectangular boxes that the cedar tops are mounted to are VERY stout.
now that is nice, very nice indeed. Say, do you need the lower stringers on the benches? ...you do have braces under the seats. Just saying.

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.
I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.
First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…

Several months ago, I purchased the Kreg K4MS so that I could build the Lego Table as outlined on the companion "buildsomething" web site which exclusively uses pocket hole construction. I have considerable experience with conventional…
