A simple little table that is constructed from cherry and assembled with krg jig joinery, still needs to be finished, does anyone have any ideas about what kind of finish I should use. I'm leaning torwards a natural stain with a wipe on high gloss poly.

Mike, I did post the finished pictures, they are about 8 pages back or so,
Thanks for the compliments
excellent work as always Ray.
I see you used the metal type clips on the underside to allow for movement...post pic after finished please.
Doug thanks for the tip but I never used linseed oil before, I have used a product called bush oil with some good results, but my wife wants something that will take alot of abuse with very little care, so I showed her a pc of cherry with the min wax natural stain and she loves it, so I guess I'll try the linseed on myy next project.
Ray- beautiful table. I would vote for the natural stain and wipe on poly.
