Andy , glad you are getting your new clamp plate, have all ways received good service from them , some people just don,t call and they do try to help when then can  and they do stand behind there product,s  when they break , JIM !!

Thanks for all comments.  Jim I phoned them and a new clamp plate is being sent out in the post.  Impressed with the service of this company I must admit!!

Great idea to put in the whiteboard door panels. Mine would soon be covered with project notes! by the way, we use whiteboards here at Kreg all the time. Once I've drawn, written, done the match, or whatever on the board, I take a picture with my phone and save the image so I don't lose all those "brilliant" ideas when I erase the board.
