I don't play a ukulele, and I don't know anyone who does. So . . . when I try to do something on it, it sounds pretty crappy. About the only thing I can play music on is my iPod.
I really don't know why I made it . . . just seemed like a good idea at the time.
Thanks for the kind words. This project actually went pretty quick - only about 2 weeks, I think, working off and on at nights and on the weekend. Using a spray can of lacquer to finish it allowed me to put the finish on in one day - 2 coats of shellac based sanding sealer and then spray it a few times. Usually I spend a week or more just doing the finish work.

I making a hex ring out of 2x4s ripped to 2 ¾ inches wide with 30 degree miters. What setting on the Jig should I used? 1 ½ is too much. Thanks.Continue
