Wow, that's really neat. Really nice idea to use existing materials as a template. I'm just getting into using a router. I don't know about all of the bits available. I'm still a beginning woodworker.

It was fun. My Dad needed a new media counter so I built it from the left over ply from earlier projects. I think it was 47" wide, 20 1/2" tall and 22" deep. I used peg board for the shelf pin holes; made a quick little template. The handles were rough cut with a jigsaw then I used a pattern bit and routed them flush with my template.

what is the distance of the holes For the adjustable shelves? About 1 inch?
