Jerry, Excellent work as are your other projects. I like the fit you have at the walls. The two blk colored doors panels really makes the cabinet pop.

Thanks,actually those are two doors I rabbeted out 5/16" on the backs of the stiles and rails and fit a piece of 1/4" MDF ,made my hole opening for the speakers sound to come thru and covered it with speaker cloth using 3M spray 90 and reinstalled in the rabbet cutout.The actual speakers are mounted in there on Boxes.

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?

I making a hex ring out of 2x4s ripped to 2 ¾ inches wide with 30 degree miters.  What setting on the Jig should I used? 1 ½ is too much.  Thanks.Continue
