I don't mind sharing. Just not sure how to share the plans electronically. I made them a little taller than standard bunk beds so that the bottom bunk had a little more head room. Total height is 6 ft. It's all made from dimensional lumber. For the posts I ripped one side of a 2x6 to 5" wide, then used the Kreg system to connect the 2x4 rails of the head and foot boards. The bed rails are 2x6 with a 2x4 ripped in half (1.5x1.75 actual) glued and screwed to the bottom edge. I used 3/8" dowel pins on the rail ends (6 total--leaving the middle free to drill out for a bed bolt to go through to tighten everything up securely when assembled. The safety rails are made from 1x4, bolted on with carriage bolts. All of the bolt holes a recessed deep enough to conceal either the nut and washer or the bed bolt head, allowing them to be covered with a 1" wood button cap. I also used 1x4 for the slats (11 for each bed). I rounded each edge with a router so there were no sharp edges. The stairs and drawers were made from 3/4 plywood. Each side is 4 ft deep by 4 ft. high, with 8" risers. I used 1x10s for the treads and the drawer fronts. The drawer pulls are made using a 1 1/4" hole saw in the drawer face and sawing out the material in between. I routed the back side using an ogee bit for finger grip and rounded off the front edge. 3 of the drawers are 24" deep, 1 is 22", 1 is 18" and the top only has a false front. Drawer bottoms are 1/4" plywood. Stair case is 24" wide. The bed is 38" wide. The drawers under the bed need a sturdy bottom since they are on casters instead of glides like the stair case. I know I can't cover everything here, but if you leave me some contact information, I'll try to help you out the best I can.
Do you mind sharing?
What I have are my graph paper drawings.
Paul, this a very nice design. Do you have the documentation on how you built this?

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.
I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.
First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
