I use pocket holes a lot, but this one was mortise and tennon (sorry Kreig). This was probably my best effort using PolyShade. It is pretty hard (at least for me) to get it on uniformly.

I love the color. I have considered using the PolyShades but was waiting to get a report from someone else. Nice rich color. Great job. Did you use pocket holes to connect the rails to the legs?

Yes. Air compressor using a hplv gravity feed spray gun. You also need to swish the paint around in the reservoir frequently. The pigment settles very quickly.

Do you spray it in with an air compressor? I have tried brushing it on, but with terrible results

Thanks Brent. It is one of my better efforts using Minwax PolyShade. I finally learned it is much better to spray Polyshade than apply with a brush. And by the way, I finally cleaned up the work bench!!!
