Thanks Tim, going to buy the new jig Greg has out think in Lowes here in Belleville ontario only $ 130 - $ 150 is a nice kit my present jigh think was from the 1990's lol

yup the shelves were all done with pocket screws 2 in each side of 1 shelf

Thanks Tim for your reply. so if l understand it right your 4 uprights and top bottom all solid and the racks put in one at a time is the racks the shelves going across, did you use pocket screws for it all.
Just wondering as l made a simular dvd stand on my page aat lumberjocks.com/jim1959 made of all 1 x 8 oak, but would like next shelf to make the extra supports,

thank jim!! the up rights are mdf they are solid from top to base and the i put in each rack separate ....

How did you make dividers upright, do you have photo's as you made it looks nice
