Hello Roger,

The bottom board is 7.5".   I used used a square bit with one of those stubby screwdrivers with a 1/4" hex shank that can take different bits and screwed the Kreg screws in by hand.

What is the width of the bottom board? How did you manage to attach the second side? Did you have a bent screwdriver?

Pocket screw joinery.

Pocket screws spaced 2" apart.  Ok, perhaps I went overboard but I wanted to make sure it was strong and. I also needed the screws to pull flat a couple of the panels that were cut from sheets that had warped.
