Are the two tracks 90 to each other? I was just picturing some T-bolt slide in stops that could be added to register parts at the corners, miters and the such. then with the clamps holding fastners could be added. I ask because getting the tracks to 90 could be a pain.

The top is melamine. The casters are from harbor freight. They work pretty good and were only 3.50 a piece. They say 125 pounds. Rolls pretty easy and they are not too tall.

Looks like my place with Bosch 12v drivers and DeWalt bit cases.  Nice bench.  What's the top made of?  You like those casters?  Where did you get them?

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?
