I just pulled a pallet apart yesterday. I make Keepsake Boxes out of them.
Jim, this is a excellent piece of craftsmanship and design. The beading and molding work really makes this piece stand out from the rest. It definately shows your design talents as well and looks sturdy yet still demands attention in all areas of furniture building. Thank you for showing a nice piece of work.

I making a hex ring out of 2x4s ripped to 2 ¾ inches wide with 30 degree miters. What setting on the Jig should I used? 1 ½ is too much. Thanks.Continue
