Double sided magazine / literature file

This is my magazine/literature file. It has
sixty cubbies. This unit is double sided.
If you turn it around the back side looks like the front. The hardboard dividers slide out to be able to grab a magazine. I used Rockler double wheel casters that roll really easily as this unit.
weighs almost 400 pounds fully loaded.

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?

I making a hex ring out of 2x4s ripped to 2 ¾ inches wide with 30 degree miters. What setting on the Jig should I used? 1 ½ is too much. Thanks.Continue
