Hey Steve thanks for you're thoughts, well taken... w/ the door inserts I pre assembled to check for a really clean tight fit. I made the Dados a very tight precise fit using a good glue ,  I figure that joint will never come loose.  I never use Bisquits any more. If you never used the mini jig I would highly recommend buying it , I works so well on thin small pieces and then plug it, It's a very clean finished look, you're like it and It's easy....

Great design and finish!   The placement of the handles also draw the eye.  Often times we tend to go dead center of the piece.   You thought out this work excellently!

When I was looking at it...I was thinking the best way to do it was to attach the "ends" to the frame. Sure makes it easier in the long run. I've used Bisquits in the past, but I don't use them much anymore. They just don't hold like Screws and tite-bond 3 or a "good quality glue does". Look forward to seeing your next project.

I avoid front brads/staples where possible.

Thanks for the info. I like doing 1/2 lap myself. Works out great and it's pretty strong even with 3/4 board. I like gluing and running two 1/2 inch brads or staples on the back side just to hold it stronger and swipe the indent with a little stainable wood-putty. Keep up the good work.

Yes I did, and used the mini jig w/ 3/4 fine screws to attache it to the door frame & pluged every hole...

Did you use 1/2 lap/Dado grooves for the cross sections in the doors? Just curious.

Thanks for the nice comment on the cabinet... As for the propane tank you're referring to It is empty, but a good point well taken..  Thanks.
