I used all treated pine. 5/4 X 6 for top shelf and 1 X 6 on bottom shef. 4X4 for legs. Real sturdy table with all pocket screws. Not one nail in the entire project. Carriage bolts on all legs, About $85 in material.

I've had a BGE for a couple of years now and love it. I am thinking of building a table this year. What type of wood did you use?

Just Googled it (http://www.biggreenegg.com/), that does look really good, I will have to check those out. Thanks for the heads up. And very nice stand/nest.

I’ve had a Big Green Egg for years and I agree, it’s the only way to grill. I have the metal stand with the side leafs but after seeing your table, I’m ready to build one for my self. thanks for the little push.

This is a high dollar bar b que grill and smoker. One of the best ways on earth to cook Ribs or brisket. It is about 3 feet high and about 22 inches round. Some real good meals on this thing. Just google it and see the pictures. Thanks Wallace
