That is awesomely far out and out of sight! I truly like the ingenious way designed your workbench! I'm going to follow your lead. Thanks for the idea… I've never seen that type of Jig, I wonder if Kreg still makes that model… Later and blessings…

Yes I notched the sled to lower the jig to table height. If you look at picture 4 you will see a 60" piece of 3/4 plywood that is held firmly while I drill.

That's a great idea JD. I would even go as far as to make a matching table insert in case the jig needs to be removed for more table space. Matter of fact, I think I am going to inset my jig into my existing table and do just that.
