Renaldo in answer to your questions, I cut the beads into the face frame using a beading bit in a router table.  Kreg Tools sells a system that does this of which you can find on their web site.  It is a lengthy proceedure that requires you to cut the beads into the face frame as you build the face frame.  On my projects page you can find a 12 drawer chest that also is a beaded face frame that I build earlier.  On this page there is a link to a slide show showing the process.  Thank you for your interest.

how did you get the details, around the openings for the draws? Looks good
