This is a small bath (originally a half bath before I added the shower) and no room for a floor cabinet. Had a small place on the wall for cabinet space. Used pocket screws to assemble all this.

No, I just made the plans myself. "Plans" that is, in the loosest sense of the word. I took the measurements of the space where the cabinet would go, and then decided on the size of the cabinet. It was all put together with pocket hole screws and I used European hinges so that they cannot be seen. I used some white paneling from Lowes where I could buy a half sheet. The paneling had the white stripes that I wanted for the country look. I would suggest Kreg's video on how to build a cabinet. Their videos are very good and have a lot of tips hidden in them beside the actual building of the item. Some of these are on Kreg's site or some other stuff is on YouTube.com.
