The pocket holes made for very solid cabinets. I didn't use glue in most of the joints, either.

My teardrop is 8' long... so no joinery was needed. I scrapped my 10' teardrop plans when we found out we're having a baby... I wanted to get it finished sooner.

Hi Jessie,
I am planning my teardrop project now. The pocket hole jig seems to be the way to go for most of the build on a teardrop. My question to you is: Did you use pocket holes to join two pieces of plywood to extend beyond the 8ft length? I am going to build a "Weekender" and want a 10 ft. length. Kreg says that if you space about every 4in. it should work. What is your experience and how extensively did you use pocket holes on you build?
