Sturdy Work Bench

I bought a piece of wood at a yard sale that was 6.5 ft. long, 3 ft wide and 2 inches thick and was oak. Price $20. I spent about $20 on Pressure treated 4X4, 2X6, and 2X4.

The table top is 2 inches thick and is several pieces of wood, kind of like a chopping block, but very uneven on the bottom. I did everything by myself except flip the table upright. This sucker is "heavy". From the surface top to the floor is 38 inches which is a good height for me.
