However, I can tell you I just used the Kreg jig and drilled on the two inside sides of each leg. While drilling I made sure to stay away from the previous drilled hole so the screws would not have an opportunity to hit.

I am working on an Cherry oval stool and would like to use your attachment to secure the legs. I am looking at Dark walunt left over from my chair projects for the legs.
