I didn't really have a set plan, it was built from different things I saw on the net. Mostly from Steve Ramseys over at "Wood working for mere Mortals"
It was from a 10' 4x4 and one 8' 2x4 and part of of a 2x3 for the part around the top. The sides and bottom are made from 12 6' redwood fence boards cut to the size I needed. I used pocket screws for the bottom redwood pieces and the rails to the 4x4's. I used screws to hold the redwood pieces on the sides. You can make it any size you want. The top of the 4x4's were cut at 45 degrees and flipped over to cut each side (4) I put furniture sliders on the bottom of the four posts so it would slide easier.

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.
I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.
First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
