This is what it looks like completed.  I copied this from a Media Cabinet my wife found in pottery barn called 'The Logan'.   You can go to there web site and look up that cabinet and it gives you all of the demensions.  I built this out of poplar, and I believe I had about $450-$500 in the entire project including the paint.  You could save money on the doors if you do them yourself.  My wife wanted raised panel doors, so I had my cousin who owns a cabinet shop build them for me.  Everything else was done with the kreg jig.

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?

I making a hex ring out of 2x4s ripped to 2 ¾ inches wide with 30 degree miters.  What setting on the Jig should I used? 1 ½ is too much.  Thanks.Continue
