Maple and Mahogany Chessboard Kitchen Table
Decided to make a kitchen table made of maple and mahogany blocks joined with Kreg pocket holes. Stained the blocks with Minwax English chestnut and Ipswitch pine. The glass top epoxy coating was made using a MAS Table top epoxy 1 gallon kit. The table legs were 3.5"x3.5" maple baseball bat blanks.
