Major Kitchen make-over on a budget

Major Kitchen re-do. Gutted two rooms and rebuilt custom kitchen incorporating Wolf stove/ovens, Liebherr refrigerator, black granite counters. Woods used: American cherry, pond cypress, Eastern cedar, birch plywood, southern pine boards, pine plywood. Cabinets were from a previous kitchen & upgraded with hidden drawers & enhanced with risers. Kitchen is 21' x 16' overall and incorporates part of the old kitchen made over as a walk-in pantry. Appliances used Liebherr Refrigerator/freezer, Wolf range top, Wolf double wall ovens, Manitowac ice machine, Cavalere range hood & Kitchenaide trash compactor. Floor is Italian tile, ceiling recessed cypress boards with exposed beams (exposed portion of 2x12 rafters). All light fixtures were highly discounted previous display units (75% off). Estimated contracted price with new appliances $55,000; built by me, with help from my wonderfully talented nephew, and appliances purchased at a substantial discount. Liebherr refridge was new & obtain from contractor at substantial discount, range top & ovens & ice maker were previously owned and range hood was from the "O" at a substantial discount over retail. The compactor was purchased at a Sears Returns store with 40% discount. Final installation estimated at under $20,000 incl labor (of course I worked cheap). Mama's happy, I'm happy!
Kreg K4 was used extensively in cabinets, drawers, panels, shelves, even some in construction.

New Kreg 720Pro

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.

I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.
