Give me a few days and I will work you up a good drawing to go by.  Sketchup has a learning curve and unless your use to some drafting, you might have a tough time with it.   I'm a draftsmand and design my own stuff so it's not a problem.   I'll send some pics to your e-mail.

I did the design in Sketchup 8. If you are familiar with the program and want the file I will send it to you.  The design is accurate to the build and so are the measurements.  The cutting list in the drawing is not accurate as I did not update it as I made changes to the original design.  My e-mail is:  madaris@mindspring.com

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?

I making a hex ring out of 2x4s ripped to 2 ¾ inches wide with 30 degree miters.  What setting on the Jig should I used? 1 ½ is too much.  Thanks.Continue
