Laundry Porch

Old add on Laundry porch was originally uninsulated, lined all in dark brown paneling even over the old siding- yuck. I'm converting it into a craft area which will also do my laundry ;o)).
Eventually the water heater will go tankless on the outside wall when I can afford it and feel confident in the brands available for my area. (Some reports are that the brands available in my area have nobody to service them if you have trouble)

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?
