Last fall I built 6 covers in mission style.Sizes range from 2' high x 72" long. 42" high x 3' long.Google radiator covers it will tell you how to measure and its up to you to figure it out. Also try This Old House and search radiator covers.You should find video with Tom Silva showing you how to.Dont forget reflectiv material behind radiator you can find it at menard.Good luck.Tom

This is exactly what i have been looking for, do you have a cut list. I have the kreg jig and would love to build these over my 6 radiator covers.

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?

I making a hex ring out of 2x4s ripped to 2 ¾ inches wide with 30 degree miters.  What setting on the Jig should I used? 1 ½ is too much.  Thanks.Continue
