Gear clock

Wooden gear clock designed to resemble the timing chain and gear on the front of my 76 MGB. The chain actually revolves around the assembly and is timed so the large gear acts as the second hand when the motor is turned on. The clock runs as an independent movement. I was trying to find a clock movement that had a long enough shaft to extend out past the face of the assembly and had a contact to attach the wire from the sound board. That way it could automatically play the Beach boys "Little Deuce Coupe" that was recorded on the sound module I put on the back. These are the same sound modules you find in greeting cards. You can buy them online and program your own voice or music from your PC on them.

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.

I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.
