Well there they are...

This is the end product of about 50 hours labor. Yes, it can be done in less time, I spent about ten hours sanding.

I had to rewrite the plans I bought off the net, they were extremely vague. The finished product is very sturdy, my son decided to test this without my blessing. the all of 200+ pounds took his shoes off and stood on it.

My son recruited me into a game called Amtgard. The fighting company (About 15 people) need place to dine during large events, I thought these would be great.

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?

I making a hex ring out of 2x4s ripped to 2 ¾ inches wide with 30 degree miters.  What setting on the Jig should I used? 1 ½ is too much.  Thanks.Continue
