Cedar Squirrel Feeder

After fighting with the Squirrels to stay off of the bird feeders, I decided to just provide them their own feeding zone.

Thank you so much! I'm new to to woodworking and trying to find kreg jig stuff I can do and hopefully do bigger projects later. If it's ok with you I might email you again if I get stuck? I really appreciate you getting
back to me:-). My husband didn't understand why I spent 100.00 on this tool until I had him help make a shelf;-)

Thanks again!

Not really, I just used cedar and determined how wide, long and tall I wanted it and built the middle section first then added the porches/platforms on the outside with pocket hole system. The lid is also 2 pcs joined together. The window is plexiglas from Home Depot and I made the opening in the bottom with my stationary belt sander. I believe the hole on the end was made with a 2" hole saw. If I were to do it again, I would use stainless steel latches and hinges because eventually the brass rusted.

Hope this helps.
