Ammo crate toy box

I wanted to make a toy box for my grandson that looked like an old ammo crate. I put a small, elevated shelf on the top left side, for smaller items. Rope handles on each end. I put "USMC" on the ends to honor his dad(USMC veteran). My name and year on the back.

Scott, great box.  Would you share plans. I would like to attempt this as my first project.

Did you do these from scratch, or do you have plans that you could share?

Cool toy box! Like it especially the color and the rope. I'm sure he was thrilled to have it. Great job Scott!

Looking really good, I like the detail of the letters and emblem.
