2x4 table caster issues

I added casters via a screw hole drilled into the bottom of the legs, but two of the casters have wollowed themselves out and fall out when i am moving the table around. need to figure out how to permanently reattach the caster so they are supported and do not fall out.

Comment by Sy Berry on April 14, 2011 at 1:51pm: The images of inserts shows that they are made for Treaded bolts and such, when I want to sturdy up a table roller, I flare a piece of copper tubing approx. the size of the stem and bang it into a predrilled hole using wood putty to fill it in and hold it in place. Add a bit of grease and it moves around pretty good.
